The property at 1680 E Colfax Ave in the Cheesman Park neighborhood has been the subject of 31 code-enforcement cases between August 2020 and May 2023.
Of those cases, 23 were substantiated as actual violations. Four cases were closed as duplicates. Currently, 10 cases remain open or unresolved.
