A residential property in the Harvey Park neighborhood has been the subject of 34 code-enforcement cases over a five-year period. Records show activity at 2505 S Hooker St beginning in August 2018 and continuing through July 2023.
Of the total cases opened, 21 were substantiated as actual violations. These cases involved a variety of issues, including vegetation overgrowth, inoperable vehicles, outdoor storage, and abatement concerns. Eight cases were closed as duplicates.
The resolution of these cases varies. While some are marked as paid or in compliance, 20 cases currently remain open or unresolved. This includes several accounts that have moved into collections or are awaiting payment.
