The property at 575 N Pearl St in the Speer neighborhood has been the subject of 37 code-enforcement cases between January 2018 and July 2023.
Of these cases, 23 were substantiated as violations. These issues were primarily related to snow and ice on sidewalks, which accounted for nine cases, and vegetation concerns, which accounted for seven. Two cases involved signs placed in the right-of-way.
Eight cases were closed with no violation found, and two were closed as duplicates. Three cases remain open or unresolved at this time.
The majority of the substantiated issues have been resolved. Records show 21 cases were closed as in compliance and two were closed after payment was made.
