The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on N Williams St. Crews completed the resurfacing efforts along the corridor stretching from E 31st Ave to E 40th Ave. This Transportation & Mobility initiative was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder. The project started in early 2020 and wrapped up by late 2020. Residents in the 80237 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved street. The Department of Transportation and Mobility oversaw the completion of this infrastructure improvement. No further construction is scheduled for this specific segment at this time.
