The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on South Harlan Street. Crews completed the resurfacing efforts between West Hampden Service Road and West Lehigh Ave. This transportation improvement falls under the city's broader mobility initiatives. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this specific infrastructure update. The project scope focused on restoring the roadway surface in the 80237 zip code area.
