The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded on E Buchtel Blvd. Construction crews finished their work on the segment stretching from S Logan St to S Downing St. This transportation improvement effort was led by applicant William Kennedy. The project falls under the Denver Transportation & Mobility category. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved roadway. The work spanned from early 2019 through early 2020 before reaching completion. No further construction is scheduled for this specific corridor at this time.
