The Art/Coll Repaving project along West 48th Avenue has officially reached completion. This transportation improvement covered the stretch from North Sheridan Boulevard to North Harlan Street. William Kennedy served as the applicant for this infrastructure work. The project began in early 2019 and concluded by early 2020.
