The Art/Coll Repaving project along W 52nd Ave is now complete. This transportation work covered the stretch from N Zuni St to N Federal Blvd. The initiative aimed to improve road conditions in the 80211 zip code area. William Kennedy served as the applicant for this repaving effort. Construction activities began in early 2019 and concluded by early 2020. The project falls under the Denver Transportation & Mobility department's oversight. Residents can now expect a smoother driving surface along this corridor. No further work is scheduled for this specific segment at this time.
