The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on East Evans Avenue. Crews completed the repaving efforts between South Holly Street and the Colfax corridor. This transportation improvement was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder. The project spanned from early 2020 through late 2020. Residents can now enjoy the refreshed road surface in the 80237 zip code area. The City of Denver's Transportation & Mobility division oversaw the initiative to enhance local infrastructure.
