The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on South Tamarac Drive. Crews completed the repaving efforts between East Hampden Avenue and East Quincy Avenue. This Transportation & Mobility initiative was managed by applicant William Kennedy. The project scope focused on improving the road surface within the 80211 zip code area. Residents can now expect smoother travel conditions along this corridor. The work began in early 2019 and wrapped up by early 2020. Denver's transportation department confirmed the final phase is now closed.
