The Art/Coll Repaving project on N Tejon St has officially reached completion. This transportation initiative covered the stretch of road between W 48th Ave and W 52nd Ave in the 80211 zip code. Norman Shaw served as the applicant for this significant infrastructure improvement. The work began in 2019 and concluded in 2021, marking the end of a multi-year effort to upgrade the street surface. Residents in the area can now enjoy the newly paved roadway without further construction delays.
