The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially completed its work on South Harlan Street. Crews finished resurfacing the road segment stretching from West Hampden Service Road to West Lehigh Avenue. This transportation improvement falls under the city's broader mobility initiatives. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this specific repaving effort. The project started in early March 2020 and concluded by late October 2020. Residents in the 80237 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved surface. The Department of Transportation and Mobility oversaw the completion of this phase. No further construction is scheduled for this specific stretch at this time.
