The Denver City Council has approved an amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the City and Brothers Redevelopment, Inc.

The amendment modifies the legal description of the property at 7900 E. Colfax Avenue and removes affordable housing restrictions from the conveyance deed.

These changes transfer restrictions to a revised Low-Income Housing Land Use Restriction Agreement, aiming to enhance long-term affordability in Council District 5.
