The Denver City Council has approved a purchase and sale agreement to sell property located at 2000 South Holly Street to KRF Holly, LLC for $243,000.
The agreement includes plans to develop 225 market-rate housing units and an additional 50-80 units for senior housing in Council District 6.
The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on January 22, 2018. The Committee approved filing the bill at its meeting on December 12, 2017.
