The Denver City Council has approved a development agreement with Cherry Creek West Development Company, LLC, for the redevelopment of the Cherry Creek West site located at 2500 E 1st Ave.
The agreement includes commitments to affordable housing, affordable commercial space, transportation improvements, public access, and workforce development in Council District 5.
The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on October 7, 2024. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on September 3, 2024.
