The Denver City Council has approved a $10 million loan agreement with Columbine Towers Owner LLC to assist with the acquisition of real property at 1750 S. Federal Boulevard.
The property, known as Columbine Towers, is located in Council District 7 and contains 170 affordable rental dwelling units.
The loan is intended to preserve these units and was approved following a meeting on February 28, 2024.
