The Denver City and County Council approved a resolution to amend a contract with the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, doing business as Harm Reduction Action Center.
The amendment adds $239,376.00 to the existing contract, raising the total to $728,752.00 for syringe access services at 112 E 8th Avenue in Council District 10.
The services are available to all Denver residents citywide. The contract term remains unchanged. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on April 28, 2025.
