The Denver City and County Council approved a resolution to extend the maturity date of a loan agreement with ECLT Chestnut Condos LLC.

The agreement, which involves a property at 3563 Chestnut Pl., Council District 9, extends the repayable/balloon portion of the contract from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2026.

The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is set for April 20, 2026. The Committee approved the filing at its meeting on March 18, 2026.
