Denver is swapping a piece of land in Adams County to get its hands on a property at 4141 E. 35th Avenue.
The trade puts a site in the Park Hill area under city control, while ACM Park Hill JV VII LLC takes over city-owned land on E. 56th Avenue. Local residents in Council District 8 should take note of the change in ownership for the 35th Avenue lot.
The Council Committee approved the agreement (FINAN-202578106) on April 29, 2025. While the city has not yet detailed the specific intended use for the 4141 E. 35th Avenue site, the property exchange is now official.
