Einstein's Bar at DEN and Mile High Spirits at DEN have officially received active liquor licenses. The Denver Department of Excise and Liquor issued these hotel and restaurant permits for the location at 8900 Pena Blvd.
Both establishments are now authorized to operate within the Denver International Airport area. The licenses were granted following a hearing scheduled for early 2026. This approval allows the businesses to serve alcohol as part of their hospitality services.
The new permits remain valid until late 2027. Operators must adhere to all city regulations regarding alcohol service and safety standards.
