Drivers and residents in the 80211 area won't see any new asphalt on S Irving St for the time being, as the city has put the repaving project on hold.
The pause affects the stretch of S Irving St between W Alameda Ave and W Mississippi Ave. While the project was originally intended to wrap up by mid-2022, the work is currently suspended.
Lukas Schroeder is the applicant for this Transportation & Mobility initiative. City officials have not released a new timeline for when the repaving will resume.
