The Denver City Council has approved a $30 million contract with SEMA Construction, Inc., for on-call airside and landside infrastructure construction services at Denver International Airport.
The agreement spans three years with two one-year options to extend. The last regularly scheduled Council meeting for review is on March 16, 2026.
The contract was filed for approval on February 11, 2026, and is in Council District 11. The decision follows a review period that includes the airport's recent data hub processing 27 crime and traffic filings in 33 days.
