Two parcels in College View can now climb two stories higher than previously allowed. The city approved a zoning shift for 1901 S. Navajo Street and 1900 S. Osage Street, increasing the height ceiling from three stories to five.
This change moves the properties from I-MX-3 to I-MX-5 zoning. While the specific project plans aren't yet public, the higher density allowance opens the door for larger commercial or mixed-use developments in the area.
The amendment passed through the committee and will now move forward as an official map amendment.
