Framingham town has filed a permit for a 200-seat restaurant at 492 Potter Rd. The application allows the town to operate a full-service restaurant with seating for 200 customers.

The restaurant would be located on Potter Road, near the Route 9 corridor, an area with growing commercial activity. While no applicant beyond the town is listed, the project could bring more dining options to the area and attract more visitors to the surrounding businesses.

The permit, identified as BOH2003024, was filed in January 2004 but has not yet received a decision. The town’s Board of Health will need to review and approve the application before any construction or operation can proceed.

Residents and stakeholders can check the status and details of the permit through the Framingham city portal. For more information, visit the city's permits page.
