Nicholas Pizza & Seafood has filed a Board of Health permit application for a 50-seat restaurant at 740 Waverly St in Framingham.

The permit, filed on July 15, 2003, would allow the restaurant to operate under health and safety standards. The business, located on a major commercial corridor near the intersection of Waverly and Concord Streets, is seeking approval to serve customers in a space designed for 50 diners.

Residents in the area may notice increased foot traffic and activity if the application is approved. The Board of Health will review the application to ensure the restaurant complies with all local health regulations before it can open.
