A building permit application was filed for a colonial-style home at 19 Derby St in Framingham. This means the owner is planning to make changes to the property. Neighbours may see construction activity in the coming weeks.
The applicant is Jamaal Siddiqui. The property is a single-family home built in 1998. The permit number is BLD-25-704. Alexander Sakhariov is listed as the property owner, different from the applicant.
The next step is for the city to review the application. If approved, construction can begin. The permit status is currently 2, which means it has been filed but not yet approved.
