While a new sign might seem minor, it often signals a brand refresh or facility update for one of the area's major retail anchors near the Route 9 corridor.
The permit was filed on March 31, 2026, for the commercial property at 375 Cochituate Rd. The building, which dates back to 1966, is owned by Recreational Equipment Inc. Metro Sign & Awning, represented by Brian Chipman, is handling the installation.
