The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially completed its work on E 28th Ave. Crews finished resurfacing the street segment stretching from N York St to N Steele St. This transportation improvement falls under the City of Denver's Transportation & Mobility division. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this specific infrastructure initiative. The project timeline spanned from early 2020 through late 2020.
