The Denver City Council has approved a resolution to amend a sublease agreement with DP Media Network LLC.
The amendment adds 27,467 square feet of office space on the 9th floor of the Denver Post building at 101 West Colfax Avenue.
The total sublease amount is now $31,319,346.69, with an additional $9,629,641.85 added to the agreement.
