The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded on S Lowell Blvd. Work covered the segment stretching from W Quincy Ave to W Chenango Ave. This transportation improvement effort is now marked as completed in the city records. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this specific repaving initiative. The project ran from early 2020 through late 2020.
