The Art/Coll Repaving project on South Lowell Boulevard has officially concluded. This transportation improvement work covered the stretch between West Quincy Avenue and West Chenango Avenue. The project falls under the city's Transportation & Mobility department. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this repaving effort. The work began in early 2020 and wrapped up by late 2020. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the updated roadway surface. This completion marks the end of a significant infrastructure upgrade for the area.
