The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially completed its work along South Lowell Boulevard. Crews finished resurfacing the road segment stretching from West Quincy Avenue to West Chenango Avenue. This transportation initiative aimed to improve road conditions in the area. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this municipal project. The work concluded after a multi-month timeline that began in early 2020. Residents can now enjoy the newly paved surface without further construction delays in this specific zone.
