The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded on E Cherry Creek North Dr. This transportation improvement work spanned the segment from S Holly St to COLI. The project was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder under the Transportation & Mobility department. Construction activities began in early 2020 and wrapped up by late 2020. Residents in the 80221 zip code can now enjoy the restored pavement. The completion marks the end of a significant infrastructure effort in this corridor.
