The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on E Cherry Creek North Drive. This transportation and mobility improvement spanned the section between S Holly St and the COLI boundary. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this infrastructure initiative. The project started in early 2020 and wrapped up in late 2020. Residents in the 80237 zip code can now enjoy the updated road surface. The city marked this phase as completed to reflect the finished construction efforts. This repaving effort supports smoother traffic flow in the Cherry Creek North area.
