The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded on East Cherry Creek North Drive. This transportation improvement effort covered the stretch from South Holly Street to the COLI boundary. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this completed infrastructure work. The project spanned from early 2020 through late 2020. Residents in the 80211 ZIP code can now benefit from the updated road surface. The Transportation & Mobility department managed the execution of this repaving initiative. No further construction is scheduled for this specific segment at this time.
