Repaving work on South Lipan Street is now complete. The project covered the section between West Alameda Avenue and West Florida Avenue. This effort falls under the Art/Coll Repaving initiative managed by the city. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this transportation and mobility project. The work began in late April 2020 and concluded in late May 2020. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved surface. The project aimed to improve road conditions and safety for drivers and pedestrians in the area.
