The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on S Lipan St. Crews resurfaced the roadway segment stretching from W Alameda Ave to W Florida Ave. This Transportation & Mobility initiative was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder. The project began in late April 2020 and wrapped up by the end of May 2020. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved street surface. The completion marks the end of the scheduled construction phase for this specific corridor.
