The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially concluded its work on South Lipan Street. Crews completed the repaving efforts between West Alameda Avenue and West Florida Avenue. This transportation and mobility improvement was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder. The project spanned from late April through late May of 2020. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved surface. The street is fully open to traffic following the completion of the phase. This initiative aimed to improve local infrastructure and road conditions for drivers and pedestrians alike.
