The Art/Coll Repaving project along W 44th Avenue has officially reached completion. This infrastructure work covered the segment stretching from N Broadway to N Fox Street. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this transportation and mobility initiative. The project began in late 2019 and concluded by late 2020. Residents in the 80237 zip code can now enjoy the renewed pavement on this stretch of road. The Department of Transportation and Mobility managed the repaving efforts to improve local traffic flow and safety. No further construction is scheduled for this specific corridor at this time.
