The Art/Coll repaving project on West 44th Avenue is now complete. Crews finished resurfacing the street between North Broadway and North Fox Street. This transportation improvement was led by applicant Lukas Schroeder. The work began in late 2019 and concluded in late 2020. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the new pavement. The project aimed to improve mobility and road safety in this corridor. No further construction is scheduled for this specific segment at this time.
