The Art/Coll Repaving project on W 44th Ave has officially reached completion. This transportation improvement covered the stretch between N Broadway and N Fox St in the 80211 zip code. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for this infrastructure work. The project began in late 2019 and concluded by late 2020. Residents can now enjoy the newly paved surface along this corridor. The Department of Transportation and Mobility oversaw the final phase of the repaving efforts. This work aims to improve safety and ride quality for drivers and cyclists in the area. No further construction is scheduled for this specific segment at this time.
