The Art/Coll Repaving project on East Cherry Creek North Drive has reached completion. This transportation and mobility improvement covered the segment stretching from South Holly Street to the COLI boundary. Lukas Schroeder served as the applicant for the repaving effort. The work commenced in early 2020 and concluded by late 2020. Residents in the 80233 zip code can now enjoy the finished roadway improvements. The project aimed to enhance safety and infrastructure within this specific corridor. No further construction is scheduled for this section at this time.
