The Art/Coll Repaving project has officially completed its work on South Lipan Street. Crews finished resurfacing the road segment stretching from West Alameda Avenue to West Florida Avenue. This transportation initiative falls under the jurisdiction of Denver's Transportation & Mobility department. The project was managed by applicant Lukas Schroeder. Work on this specific corridor began in late April and concluded by the end of May. Residents in the 80211 zip code can now enjoy the newly paved surface.
